How to get set up

A helpful step-by-step guide to get you set up with Pay&Go.

New to One NZ
Existing customer

Step 1. For a physical SIM card

Insert your new SIM card, then turn off WiFi, and go to one.nz/getgoing

Step 1. For an eSIM

Connect to WiFi or to a hotspot.
If you are setting up an OPPO phone, first enable eSIM in your settings.
Scan the QR code in your email.
Enter your confirmation code (if there was one in your email).
Turn off Wifi and go to one.nz/getgoing

Step 2. Follow the steps to get set up and choose your plan.

Step 3. You can keep your number by pressing ‘Bring Your Number’ at the bottom of the screen.

Note: You do not need the My One NZ app to activate your SIM.

If you are a MyFlex Prepay or Pay Monthly customer you’ll need to call 777 to change plans.

Don't have a smartphone?

If you don’t own a smartphone, all you have to do is buy a $2 Prepay SIM, insert the SIM in your phone, and call 777.

Alternatively you could also pop into any One NZ store with your phone and Prepay SIM and we’ll be happy to set you up with a Prepay plan.
