What is happening?

Why are you doing this now?
We didn’t want to change our name until we had laid the right foundations for our future, which we’ve spent the past three years doing.
Over the last three years we have spent close to a billion dollars to ensure our Smart Network becomes smarter, being the first company to launch 5G mobile in New Zealand and investing in world-class network technology.
We've been overhauling the way we sell and serve, bringing more of our call centres back to New Zealand, integrating Amazon Connect and other world leading technologies and forming teams of experts to solve customer problems quicker.
To better serve our business customers, we have partnered with some of the best tech companies in the world, such as Palo Alto Networks, AWS, and Microsoft, and we have invested in best-in-class New Zealand security company DEFEND.
