Use My One NZ to track your usage, pay a monthly bill, top up your Prepay account, redeem Rewards, and claim Prepay Daily Deals.
You can use the My One NZ mobile app or sign in to our web portal.
Step 1: Download the My One NZ app.
Download with Apple
- You can use the My One NZ app on iOS 13 and above.
- On iOS 12 and below, please visit My One NZ web portal in your web browser.
Download with Android
- For Android phones and devices, the My One NZ app is available for Android 12 and above.
- For Android 11 and below, please visit My One NZ web portal in your web browser.
Remember to keep your My One NZ app updated so you always have access to the latest features.
Step 2: Set up and register your account.
- If you are signing in for the first time, register your email, password and name to set up your account.
- Check your emails to verify and complete your registration.
- Log in to the My One NZ app or web portal by entering your email address and password.
Step 3: How to add services to your One NZ account.

Using the My One NZ app
- Click 'Add a service' within your account summary section.
- Click either 'Personal' or 'Business' and enter your phone number.
- If you choose to add Broadband as a service, you’ll need to add your bill type and account number. Find this on the first page of your bill in the top right corner.Can't find it? Please call us on 0800 800 021.
- If you're on a corporate mobile plan, you can still use the app to check your usage, but won't be able to manage the account.
Using the My One NZ web portal
- Click ‘Add a service’ on your account summary page.
- Choose either ‘Personal’ or ‘Business’ & the type of service you would like to add.
- If you choose to add a ‘Prepay mobile’ or ‘Pay monthly’ mobile, you’ll need to enter your phone number.
- If you choose to add Broadband as a service, you’ll need to add your bill type and your account number. Find this in the top right corner of the first page of your bill. If you still can’t find it, please call us on 0800 800 021.
- If you're on a corporate mobile plan, you can still use the app to check your usage, but you won’t be able to manage the account.
