One NZ Satellite
#TXT in minutes on eligible phones and active Prepay plans. TXT only and needs line of sight to sky. Terms, fair use and capacity control applies. Mobile terms apply. To send a TXT via One NZ Satellite, Prepay customers must have an active Prepay plan, which means they need to have either TXT entitlements left on their plan or sufficient credit. If you are on hold but still have credit, you will be charged casual TXT rates. If you have no TXT entitlements or credit left, you won't be able to send a TXT via One NZ Satellite.
WiFi Calling & 5G
To use Wifi Calling, One NZ customers need a VoLTE enabled voice calling plan, an eligible phone with Wifi Calling turned on & a good quality Wifi connection. See one.nz/wificalling for more info. To get the benefits of 5G, you’ll need a 5G capable phone. You’ll need to be in a 5G coverage area (5G is live in parts of select towns and cities across New Zealand), and be on an eligible Prepay plan. See one.nz/coverage.
DataUp
+Collect a 10% DataUp bonus with each consecutive renewal or repurchase of your active MyFlex plan within 28 days, to a maximum of 100% of active plan data. DataUp bonus can be used from redemption for the remaining time of your current MyFlex plan, and does not carry over. Must redeem through My One NZ app. Order of use applies. Prepay IOU
If you are running low on credit (balance <$14) and can’t top up right away, you can get an instant $5 credit with Prepay IOU. Simply TXT IOU to 468. Next time you top up, you'll simply repay the $5 plus a $0.50 fee.
