Will I be charged if I run out of Data, Mins or TXTs?
If you run out of Data, Mins or TXTs before your renewal date, you'll be charged at a casual rate for any data you use or calls and TXTs you make.
Do I get carryover on MyFlex?
On MyFlex you can carry over up to 500 unused mins and 3.5GB unused data, TXTs will not carry over.
All you need to ensure is you have enough credit for your plan to auto-renew.
If you have unlimited minutes you will automatically carry over 500 minutes if you switch to a plan with a lower number of minutes the following month.

Will I lose carryover data if I change my MyFlex Combo?
If you hit ‘Change plan’ or ‘Save changes’, your new plan will update on your next renewal date. You get to keep your carryover data.
If you hit ‘Renew plan’ or ‘Buy now’, you’ll switch right away but you’ll lose your carryover data.

Can I borrow $5 credit?
