How do I know if I’m eligible for the competition?
To be eligible for the competition, you’ll need to be on a Prepay Plus, MyFlex or Pay & Go Prepay plan, be marketing opted in and be 18 years or older.
I’m not marketing opted in, can I still be eligible for the competition?
If you’d like to be eligible for the competition, you’ll need to opt-in to marketing communications from us, call 0800 800 021 and we'll get you sorted.
How do I get entries into the draw?
To get entries into the draw each week, you can do any of the Prepay-related actions listed above and each action will count as 1 entry that week. For example, if you top up once and your plan renews once, you’ll have 2 entries into that week’s draw.

Can I get multiple entries each week?
Yes, your entries will be counted based on the number of actions you complete from the list above. We’ll tally them at the end of each week and they will reset on a weekly basis.
If I do a Prepay action multiple times, does it count as multiple entries?
Yes, you can get multiple entries. For example, if you topped up multiple times in 1 week, you would get multiple entries for that week.
Is there a cap on how many entries I can get per week?
There isn’t a cap on how many entries you can get each week but they will reset on a weekly basis.
If my Prepay Plus plan auto-renews, does that count as an entry?
Your Prepay Plus plan successfully auto-renewing would count as 1 entry because your plan would have renewed.
What phone can I win?
If you win, you can choose from any phone on our website under the one.nz/mobile-phones section except for refurbished phones or any phones on pre-order status.
How will I know if I’ve won?
You’ll get a call from us letting you know you’ve won and we’ll sort your ultimate phone from there!
Can I win more than once?
No, once you’ve won your ultimate phone you won’t be eligible for future weekly draws but we hope you can enjoy your ultimate phone on us!
What if you can’t contact me after I’ve won?
We’ll try to get in touch 3 times by phone to let you know you’ve won. If you don’t respond, we’ll have to pull another winner.
Will I be eligible for the competition if I join One NZ Prepay after the competition has started?
You’ll be eligible for the competition 14 days from when you join us. You’ll also need to be on a Prepay Plus or Pay & Go plan, be marketing opted-in and be 18 years old or older.
What happens if I opt out of marketing communications during the competition?
If you opt out of marketing communications during the competition period, you won’t be eligible for any future competitions with One NZ.
