These Competition Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the One New Zealand (“One NZ”) ‘Win your Ultimate Phone’ (“Competition”) run through email and SMS, and published on One NZ’s website at one.nz/ultimatephoneterms.

Entry

1. Information published by One NZ on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms.

2. Any entry not complying with these Terms is invalid.

3. The Competition starts at 12:00AM Monday 29 June 2026 and closes at 11:59PM Sunday 20 September 2026.

4. Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms.

5. Entry is only open to One NZ Prepay customers on Prepay Plus, MyFlex or Pay & Go Prepay Plans (“Eligible Entrant”), except employees of One NZ, their immediate families, One NZ’s associated companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.

6. All eligible Entrants must be New Zealand residents currently physically residing in New Zealand and over the age of 18 years old.

7. All Eligible Entrants must be actively opted-in to receiving marketing communications from One NZ.

8. To enter, participants must carry out one of the following eligible Prepay-related Competition actions. Each action will be counted as a single (i.e. ‘one’) entry automatically each week. At times One NZ may (at its sole discretion) invite participants to participate in bonus entries, any such bonus entries will require submission via the unique landing page URL link sent to Entrant’s mobile number.

• Top up your account = 1 entry
• Renew your plan = 1 entry
• Buy a Daily Deal or One NZ Pass = 1 entry
• Redeem DataUp = 1 entry
• Buy an Add-On for your respective plan = 1 entry per Add-On
  • Prepay Plus Add-Ons
  • MyFlex Add-Ons
  • Pay & Go Add-Ons
• Set up Auto Renew (Prepay Plus-only) = 1 entry
• Move from MyFlex to Prepay Plus (MyFlex-only) = 1 entry
• Move from Pay & Go to Prepay Plus (Pay & Go-only) = 1 entry

9. The competition is separated into 12 weeks. Below are the eligible entry periods for each week:

• Week 8: 12:00AM Monday 17 August – 11:59PM Sunday 23 August 2026
• Week 9: 12:00AM Monday 24 August – 11:59PM Sunday 30 August 2026
• Week 10: 12:00AM Monday 31 August – 11:59PM Sunday 6 September 2026
• Week 11: 12:00AM Monday 7 September – 11:59PM Sunday 13 September 2026
• Week 12: 12:00AM Monday 14 September – 11:59PM Sunday 20 September 2026

10. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. You are providing your entry information to One NZ directly.

11. One NZ may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process (at its sole discretion), including submitting an entry that breaches these Terms.

12. All valid entries will be entered into a draw (for the applicable week in the Competition) to win with all winners being drawn at random (as stated below).

The prize

13. The prize is a phone of the winner’s choosing from the one.nz/mobile-phones section of One NZ’s website. The phone of choice cannot be a refurbished phone and/or a phone on pre-order status on our website. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize is one (1) phone for each eligible winner for the duration of the Competition (i.e. totalling twelve (12) phones across the twelve (12) weeks of the Competition). If the phone of choice is not in-stock, the winner can choose a secondary phone of choice. Prize includes delivery to address provided by the winner.

14. A random prize draw will be conducted every two (2) weeks for the winners based on the times below. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.

• Week of Monday 13 July: Winners for week 1 and week 2 will be drawn.
• Week of Monday 27 July: Winners for week 3 and week 4 will be drawn.
• Week of Monday 10 August: Winners for week 5 and week 6 will be drawn.
• Week of Monday 24 August: Winners for week 7 and week 8 will be drawn.
• Week of Monday 7 September: Winners for week 9 and week 10 will be drawn.
• Week of Monday 21 September: Winners for week 11 and week 12 will be drawn.

15. The winner will be notified by phone or email. One NZ will make three (3) attempts to contact the applicable winner within one (1) week after the draw. If the winner is still unavailable, or the winner is unable to use the prize, the prize will be forfeited and One NZ will randomly choose another winner.

16. From receipt of the email from One NZ confirming that the Entrant is a winner, the Entrant has one (1) week to confirm and accept the prize (being a reply email to One NZ, confirming their age, stating their phone of choice and delivery address). If the Entrant does not respond within one (1) week, the Entrant forfeits the prize.

17. The prize is subject to availability, and One NZ reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value (including in the event of unforeseen circumstances). You cannot substitute the prize for cash.

18. If you have already won a prize, as part of this Competition, then you will not be eligible to win another prize.

General

19. A new Eligible Entrant who joins One NZ on a Prepay Plus, MyFlex or Pay & Go Prepay Plan during the Competition will only be eligible for eligible Prepay-related Competition actions to be counted as entries from the first prize draw that takes place at least 14 days after the date they joined. Any eligible Prepay-related Competition actions completed before that time will not be counted as entries.

20. The Promoter is One New Zealand Group Limited, 30 Daldy St, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. The Competition is administered by One NZ. All correspondence regarding the Competition should be directed via email to ultimatephone@one.nz.

21. The winners may be required to participate in publicity as a result of this Competition.

22. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on a winner’s behalf.

23. By entering this Competition, you consent to receive the latest news, special offers, promotions and information from One NZ by email, TXT or other channels from time to time. If at any stage you do not want to receive this information then please let us know.

24. One NZ is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of entering the Competition, accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

25. One NZ takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Competition due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, TXTs with a misspelt keyword, TXTs to an incorrect shortcode, force majeure or otherwise.

26. Where any third party is involved in a prize (“Third Party”), your use of the prize is subject to any Third Party’s terms that may apply. You agree that One NZ and any Third Party are not responsible for any refused entry, cancellations or changes to any events; lost, stolen or damaged tickets or vouchers; incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or unprocessed online purchases; or the validity of any tickets or vouchers.

27. One NZ’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

28. These Terms may change from time to time.

29. All entries become the property of One NZ. One NZ collects information that you have provided to us through entering the Competition. Any personal information collected is subject to the One NZ Privacy Policy.

30. One NZ reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this Competition at any time.
