BigGig Bonus is available to anyone who joins One NZ on a $20+ MyFlex Prepay plan - this includes both buying a new SIM or bringing your number over from another telco provider.
To get up to 100GB free data, you need to stay on a $20+ MyFlex Prepay plan and renew on-time for your next 9 renewals.

If you move to an ineligible plan like Pay & Go or a MyFlex plan that's less than $20, you'll lose your current BigGig Bonus plus any remaining bonuses in the future.
If you change or flex your MyFlex plan but it's still above $20, you'll keep your BigGig Bonus and be eligible for any remaining bonuses in the future.

Your BigGig Bonus will not carry over to your next plan renewal so make the most of it! If you renew your plan on time or earlier and are on a $20+ MyFlex plan, your next 10GB bonus will begin again.

Each free 10GB bonus will last for your 28-day plan cycle. If you renew your plan on time or earlier and are on a $20+ MyFlex plan, your next 10GB bonus will begin.

If you don't renew on time, you'll have the usual 48-hour grace period where your plan will go on hold along with any extra bonuses/Add-Ons. If you renew within that 48-hour time period, your plan will become active again along with your bonuses/Add-Ons and your next 10GB bonus will begin.
If you don't renew within the 48-hour grace period, you'll lose your current and remaining BigGig Bonuses.

If you renew your plan before it expires and stay on a $20 and above MyFlex plan, your next 10GB bonus will begin. Any leftover from your previous 10GB bonus will not carry over.

If your plan goes on hold, you'll have the usual 48-hour grace period to renew your plan. During this period, your plan entitlements and bonuses/Add-Ons will also go on hold. If you renew within that 48-hour time period, your plan will become active again along with your bonuses/Add-Ons and your next 10GB bonus will begin.

If you don't renew your $20+ MyFlex plan within 48 hours of it going on hold, your BigGig Bonus will be lost. If you've renewed your MyFlex plan on time and can't find your BigGig Bonus, give us a call on 777 or head to your nearest One NZ store. If you get a new One NZ SIM and choose a $20 and above MyFlex plan but you have not topped up in 48 hours, you will not get your BigGig Bonus.

BigGig Bonuses get used before your plan allowances and any Add-Ons you have but after any One NZ Passes you might have. You can check out the order of use in our mobile terms or read the full terms and conditions.

No, your BigGig Bonus is all yours so make the most of it!

BigGig Bonus and DataUp are separate bonuses so your DataUp allowance won't be impacted by your BigGig Bonus.

Your BigGig Bonus can only be used locally. If you're roaming, you can check our our Prepay roaming options.
