Other important things to know
- Auto Renew is not available with MyFlex or Pay & Go plans. Make the move to Prepay Plus.
- Auto Renew can be set up in My One NZ using a credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card will be charged each month to automatically renew your Prepay Plus Plan the day before your Plan renews.
- Add-Ons and extras will not renew. You must top up your prepay account balance to pay for these.
- Card failure during Auto Renew: If your Auto Renew credit or debit card payment fails BUT you have enough Prepay credit balance to cover the cost of your plan THEN we will use your balance to renew your plan. If this is unsuccessful, your Prepay plan will go on hold for 48 hours. You will need to top up with enough credit to pay for your plan using your Prepay balance. When your Plan is active again, Auto Renew will try again on your next Plan renewal.
- Auto Renew card details will be saved for future Auto Renews. You can delete/update card details in My One NZ. Once set up, Auto Renew is set to ON until you turn it OFF.
- Auto Renew is different from Auto Top Up. Auto Top Up is not tied to your plan renewal date or plan cost. If you buy a lot of Daily Deals or Add-Ons, or you're on a Pay & Go plan, then Auto Top Up may work better for you.
