Start by choosing a Pay Monthly plan, then select eSIM during your checkout online.
To join on a Prepay mobile plan.
Visit one of our stores and we'll get your started.
If you are already on a Pay Monthly or Prepay plan.
Take your physical SIM into any one of our stores, and we’ll help you switch to eSIM.

Before you arrive in store:
- Transfer your contacts and other information, since only your mobile number is transferred to the new eSIM. (To find out how to transfer, search for ‘import contacts’ in your phone guide).
- Check that you have your current photo ID with you in person (a driver's license or passport for example).
- Please be aware that a photo/photocopy of your ID is unable to be accepted for security reasons.
