Before you arrive in store:
- Transfer your contacts and other information as only your mobile number is transferred to the new eSIM. (To find out how to transfer, search for ‘import contacts’ in your phone guide).
- Check that you have your current photo ID with you in person (a driver's license or passport for example).
- Please be aware that a photo/photocopy of your ID is unable to be accepted for security reasons.
