Where to put it

To get the best voice quality, put your device where it gets a strong signal. Check out the top left hand corner of your MobiPhone screen. You should have at least 2 bars of signal.

Making calls

When you call, dial the area code - it uses our mobile network. There may be a delay of up to 10 secs before it starts ringing. You can reduce this by pressing * when you dial.

You should know

National and mobile call barring is not possible from the Home Phone Wireless device. To set up 0900 or international barring, call us on the number below
