Voicemail services closing and changing

We’re updating our voicemail system from October to December this year. There will be no changes to how you use your voicemail after the update. However, all your current saved voice messages will be removed during the update. If you have important or precious voice messages, you’d like to download and save please complete the form on the ‘Save voice messages’ tab.

We will also no longer be offering the following voicemail services; FaxMail and Personal Operator and our InfoBox service is changing. More info can be found on the ‘voicemail services closing’ tab.

Complete the form below to request the saving of your important or precious voicemail messages. These should be messages of significant value that can no longer be recreated.
