- There is a minimum charge of one minute for all fixed line calls. After that your call will be rounded up and charged by the minute.
- Calls to national landlines are $0.26 per minute, capped at $2.50 for up to two hours
- Calls to national mobiles are $0.36 per minute
- If you enter 059 or 0161 before making a call from your Vodafone home phone these will be charged at Telecom’s retail rates
- Calls to 0900, directory assistance, audio conferencing, plus calls to destinations not included in your calling plan will be charged at the per minute rates of your calling plan
- If you dial an area code before a local call, those calls will then be charged at national call rates

- This plan lets you call your favourite nominated Vodafone NZ mobile from your Vodafone home phone.
- Additional Talk 0 plans cost $6 per month (up to a maximum of 5 numbers)
- Calls over one hour to NZ mobiles will cost $0.36 per minute
- Other calls not to your nominated Vodafone NZ mobile will be charged at your calling plans standard per minute rates.

- Phone features are an additional monthly charge to your home phone monthly fee
- The monthly fee for phone add-ons are charged in advance. If you cancel any of these services part way through the month you will still be billed to the end of the month.

- If any mobile/s that you have nominated for Talk 0 moves to a mobile provider other than Vodafone, calls to that number will be charged at the standard calling rates of your plan.
- We’ll send you an email to let you know if one of your nominated Talk 0 numbers is no longer with Vodafone
- You’re responsible for making sure you keep your nominated numbers for Talk 0 up to date.
- Before nominating someone’s number, make sure you check with them who provides their mobile service as not every 021 number is necessarily a Vodafone number.
