You can use this form if you wish to cancel your residential fixed or wireless broadband service with One NZ. As long as the details you provide are accurate and match our records, once you have submitted this request our team will process the cancellation of your broadband services and send you email confirmation.

Please note, if you wish to cancel a mobile connection or remove another service, you will need to contact us.

If the primary account holder cannot complete this form due to bereavement, fill out our online bereavement form.

Note: We need a minimum of 7 days to process your cancellation request.
