Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your supplied Deco BE28 modem unit
1. Connect the modem to power
Plug the Deco BE28 modem unit’s power adapter into the modem, and to the wall socket.
2. Connect the network cable to the ONT
Using an ethernet network cable, connect the modem unit to the Fibre terminal box (ONT unit).
3. Place the modem in an high-up, and open space
Place the modem in an open space, high and ideally, away from obstacles.
4. Connect the modem to the internet
Wait for the light on your modem to turn solid green - you are now connected to the internet.
5. Find the WiFi login details on the bottom of your modem
Use the WiFi username (SSID) and the password to connect to the WiFi. Find the WiFi login details on the bottom of your modem or the sticker located inside the box.
If you have a mobile device you can connect by scanning the QR code with your camera.

6. Log onto the internet with your devices
Select the SSID provided on the WiFi sticker or at the bottom of your modem and log in using your device.
