Auto Top Up is different to Auto Renew. Consider Auto Top Up if you buy a lot of Daily Deals or Add-Ons, or you're on a Pay & Go plan.
There are two Auto Top Up options to choose from:
Auto
When your Prepay balance reaches $5 or less, we'll automatically top you up with your chosen amount from your credit card or debit card.
TXT me first
We'll TXT you when your balance reaches $5 or less. Reply yes and we’ll top you up from your credit or debit card.
How to set up Auto Top Up.
- Sign in to My One NZ or open the My One NZ app.
- Click on Top up & pay bill.
- Click the Auto Top Up link.
- Select the mobile number and type of Auto Top Up you want to set up.
- Enter the amount you want to Top Up with, select a registered credit card (or register a new one) and accept the terms and conditions.
You can edit or delete your Auto Top Ups within My One NZ at any time.
