Prepay Auto Top Up | Cancel Auto Top Up

This page explains how you can cancel an Auto Top Up that you previously set up.

Steps

Follow the steps below to stop an Auto Top Up going through in My One NZ.

Please select if you will be using My One NZ web or My One NZ App.

My One NZ Web


  1. Log onto My One NZ , selecting My One NZ

  2. Point your mouse cursor over Top Up & Pay and select Auto Top Up

  3. From the list of existing Auto Top Ups, find the option which is no longer needed and click Remove

    You are prompted to confirm you wish to Remove the Auto Top Up
  4. Click Yes


    After you click Yes, the Auto Top Up is removed.

My One NZ App

  1. Log into the My One NZ app

    The main dashboard appears

     
  2. Ensure your Prepay service is showing on the dashboard.

    If the Prepay service you wish to update is not showing, Tap Accounts and services at the bottom of the dashboard and select the Prepay service you wish to update.

  3. Scroll down and tap Top up & Pay bill

  4. Tap Auto top up

  5.  The Auto top up screen appears with a list of your existing Auto Top Ups.  Tap Remove

  6.  The Please confirm you want to remove this Auto top up section appears
  7. Confirm by tapping Remove this Auto top up


    A message appears to confirm that your Auto Top Up has been removed.
