We’re working hard to simplify and improve our systems. So between 22 August-30 September 2023, we’re moving all your Business Team plans to our Endless Large team plan. You'll pay an extra $4 (ex GST) per month for each individual Endless Large team plan tied to your account.
This move includes a price change that applies to all these Business Team plans:

What do I need to do?
Nothing. We will automatically move all your Business Team plans to our Endless Large Team Plan, no action is required unless you wish to change to a new plan.
Can I stay on my current plan?
Unfortunately not, because our Business Team plans will no longer exist.
Will I be able to retain my existing discount if I decide to stay on the plan?
Yes, you will be able to keep any discounts that you currently have.
If I move to a different plan such as One Team Plan™, can I keep my existing discounts?
No, if you change mobile plans, you will lose any existing discounts.
When should I expect my new bill?
The monthly plan price change will happen in your next bill between 22 August-30 September 2023 – you won’t see this change until the first invoice you receive after this date. For example, if you receive your invoices on the 24th day of every month you’ll see your new monthly plan price from this date.
What will my new bill look like?
Your next bill will reflect the changes in pricing for your Endless Large team plans. Given the price increase of $4 per month will take effect between 22 August-30 September 2023, your first bill after the change may be higher than subsequent bills. This is because the first bill may include a part-month charge, depending on the specific timing of the plan switch.

International calls and texts: With our One Team Plan™, you will have 250 mins & 50 Txt to standard numbers to 20 international destinations: Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea Republic, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom & United States.
Endless Team Plan (Open term): Minimum 5 Team Plans required. Total monthly cost is $42 (ex. GST) for Large plan, and $52 (ex. GST) for One Team Plan™. Price per Team Plan. Speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after 40GB (Large plan). Max SD streaming at all times. Unlimited voice calls & TXTs to standard NZ & Aus numbers (i.e. no short codes or MMS/PXT). Daily Roaming: A daily fee applies for each day you talk, send TXTs or use data (from your plan inclusions or usual rates) in a Daily Roaming country (valid until midnight NZ time) up to 90 consecutive days. Usual plan charges apply. If you are not in a Daily roaming country other rates will apply, see Business Roaming.
