Important things to know

Secure Internet requires a Private IP (PIP) connection from One NZ. This may be a simple configuration change, or if you do not have an existing PIP connection, a new PIP circuit will be required.

Secure Internet is available in a range of speeds from 10 Mbps up to 1Gbps.

Secure Internet is designed to provide a high level of security but does not guarantee protection from risks or inadequate security policies or procedures.

You are required to have the express informed consent of your users regarding the collection and use of their personal information and the disclosure of that information in reports generated using Secure Internet. More information on this requirement is set out in the Secure Internet Service Description.

Secure Internet is available for a minimum contract term of 12 months. Installation discounts are available for 24 and 36 month terms.

Early termination charges (ETC), transfer costs and other terms and conditions are defined in the Telecommunications Services Agreement (TSA) and the Secure Internet Service Description (SD).

Accessing your VSI service from outside of your network requires provisioning of secure 2-factor authentication tokens which attracts non-recurring charges.

Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs) to Secure Internet will attract non-recurring charges. Charges for MACs will be calculated on a time and materials basis, which we will agree with you prior to performing any work required.
