Like most big telcos we have multiple different plans and add-ons for mobile, broadband and other services. Unlimited data here, bonus add-ons there, special deals and different discounts, it’s hard to know which way is up.
We’ve had feedback that things can get confusing, fast. That makes it hard for you to feel confident you’re getting the best deal, and hard for us to deliver consistent service. So we’re working to make things simple.

Whether you use Prepay, Pay Monthly, Broadband or more, we’ve worked hard to keep things simple so it’s easy to choose the plan that works for you.
And we know you want more from your Telco. So we’re adding more to many new plans. Like rolling out One Wallet to help you save on an interest free phone and introducing new ways to help you connect with global partners like SpaceX.

Our next job is to support customers as we move away from older plans. This is essential to tidy up our systems and move to more modern and effective ways to look after you – without leaving anyone behind.
If you’re on an older plan, you may get an email about changing to something new. To make things easy, we’ll recommend something new for any plans that change. But you’ll always have the option to choose something different, because it’s important you’re on the right plan for you.
We know change can be a hassle, but it’s a little like road works on the way to a great new road so everyone can get where they’re going, faster.
