How to choose your mobile plan
Choosing your mobile plan can be easy and straightforward.
Start by thinking about just three things: how much data you use, how much you'll spend, and the flexibility you need.
If you mostly use WiFi for data, and just use your mobile data for messaging and a bit of browsing, then a Prepay plan suits you best.
If you're using mobile data on most days, with streaming, on socials, and watching a bit of video, then choose a Prepay plan like Endless Starter, or a Pay Monthly plan with Endless data.
If you're streaming a whole lot, with hotspotting, then Endless Plus and One Plan™ on Pay Monthly are both great choices.
Next, consider what you will spend during a month.
Prepay has flexibility for when you spend. You can pay for a top up when you need to, add extra data as you go.
Pay Monthly is more set-and-forget, with a regular monthly cost, endless calls and TXTs, and a range of options for data - Endless, or Unlimited. If you want the simplicity of a regular amount to pay, then choose a Pay Monthly plan. With Pay Monthly, you can also earn Phone Dollars towards your next phone.
Remember you can use Add-Ons to customise your plan if you need it. A Starter Prepay plan at $10, plus a $5 Unlimited Burst Add-On works well if you suddenly need a lot of data, while keeping a low spend.
Some of our plans include a set amount of max-speed data, then keep you connected at a reduced speed once you've used it.
For flexibility at that point, you can get more data with an Add-On.
If you're sharing with others, our Companion plans can bring the cost per person down. Look at our Endless Plus plan and One Plan™, where each Companion plan is cheaper than the main plan.
