By registering to compete on either of the competition dates stated below for the “Logi Race Days” event dates, entrants are agreeing to the following terms & conditions.

1. “Logi Race Days” will take place at One New Zealand NorthWest store location, hosted and organised by Logitech.
2. “Logi Race Days” will be held on the following events dates. Each competition day is an independent event day with a prizes awarded for the fastest lap on each day.
   1. 10am to 4pm, 10th August 2024
   2. 10am to 4pm, 14th September 2024
3. The winning fastest lap competitor on 10th August 2024 will be ineligible to win the event and prizes on the 14th September 2024.
4. “Logi Race Days” competition will consist of a fastest lap challenge in the Gran Turismo 7 video game.
5. Participants will not be allowed any practice laps before their official timed attempt.
6. Each participant will be given 2 laps to set their fastest clean lap time. Only the fastest clean lap will be counted for each participant.
7. Competition will be run on the Gran Turismo 7 game, on the below games setting and Track configurations. Any changes to these configurations will result in disqualification.
   1. Title – Gran Turismo 7
   2. Car – McLaren 650s Gr4 – Logitech G Livery
      1. Transmission – Auto
      2. Assist Preset – Beginner
      3. Traction – 5
      4. Force Feedback Max Torgue – 8
      5. Force Feedback Sensitivity – 9
   3. Track – Australian, Mount Panorama Circuit (Bathurst)
      1. Track Conditions & Time – 7:00am Sunny
      2. Level – Beginner/2 Laps
8. A clean lap is defined as completing the circuit without any major collisions, shortcuts, or track limit violations.
9. The winner on each “Logi Race Day” Competition event will be awarded an Astro A50X Gaming Headset and a PlayStation 5 Gaming Console.
10. The competition will be conducted in accordance with the official rules and regulations of the Gran Turismo 7 video game, as set forth by the game's developer and any applicable tournament organisers.
11. Participants must adhere to the game's code of conduct and fair play guidelines throughout the competition. The competition will be overseen by an impartial referee or tournament organiser, whose decisions regarding lap times and rule enforcement will be final.
12. In the event of any disputes or rule violations, the referee or tournament organiser will have the authority to take appropriate action, including disqualification of a participant.
13. The winner of the competition will be required to provide accurate and complete contact and shipping information in order to claim the prize.
14. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
15. By participating in the competition, all participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by the referee or tournament organiser.
16. One NZ is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the competition, and accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
