The following terms apply to the ‘Buy one get one half price’ offer:

1. Eligibility

• Offer is available on the $60 Medium, $80 Large and $100 Extra Large Pay Monthly plans only.
• You must have one full priced $60 Medium, $80 Large, or $100 Extra Large plan on your account at all times.
• You may add up to four plans at half price, per full priced plan.
• All plans (one full priced, and up to four plans at half price) must be on the same billing account.
• All plans must be of equal value (i.e. the full priced plan must be of the same value as all plans added at half price).

We reserve the right to change you plan or remove your half price discount, to ensure the above eligibility rules are met.

• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers, including Interest Free device discounts.

1. Billing

The plan is charged at the time of activation, one month in advance. If a plan is activated part way through a billing month, we will bill the cost of the plan to cover the rest of the month, and the next month in advance.
The Account Holder is liable for all charges payable in addition to the cost of each plan e.g. the Account Holder would be liable for any Daily Roaming charges that any connection under the billing account may incur.

If you sign up to this plan, any existing discounts you may have on your account will be removed.

If any connection cancels, switches or re-signs their plan (including adding an Interest Free Payment), the discount will drop off that plan.

1. Privacy

Should an account holder choose to provide their account credentials, namely their account PIN, to another person/entity, that person will have billing account access and will have the ability to act on their behalf to perform acts like adding and disconnecting connections and add-ons, and accessing account information.
The main account holder (and any individual with billing account access) is able to access all usage data relating to all plans and add-ons linked to that account.

1. Endless data

Endless data is for personal Mobile use only. Speeds will be reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps once your plan’s Max Speed Data allowance has been exceeded. Data is available for use within the Vodafone New Zealand network only. If you roam overseas then additional charges will apply. Refer to On Account Roaming Terms and Conditions.

1. Unlimited Talk and TXT

Unlimited Talk and TXT is for standard calls and TXTs to standard NZ and Oz numbers. Excludes standard device video calling and picture (MMS/PXT) messages.
Excludes premium and special numbers (i.e. short codes). Unlimited talk and TXT is not for multiple simultaneous calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine to machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other device) Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity that Vodafone considers to be non-standard usage. Standard rates apply for other usage. Unlimited Talk and TXT does not include calls or TXTs to Australian external territories (including Norfolk Island) or satellite services.
