1. Purchase a new eligible smartphone (see vodafone.co.nz/specials-promos/ for eligible smartphones); and
2. Activate the included SIM on a $19 or more eligible plan. Eligible plans include MyFlex Prepay and Mates (“Eligible Plans”); and
3. Activate the SIM between 1 December 2018 and 14 January 2019.

1. Free 12GB data is a one-off bonus that lasts up to 90 days from the date that you receive it and cannot be carried over. It is in addition to the data allowance of your plan.
2. Free 12GB data is for use in NZ only.
3. You will receive your free data within 72 hours of:
   1. activating your new SIM and
   2. topping up and activating your Eligible plan.
4. Data will be consumed in the following order:
   1. Vodafone Passes (if applicable).
   2. Top up data bonus (if any).
   3. 1 day Always Available Prepay Deals/boosts (if any).
   4. Prepay Rewards Deals (if any).
   5. 7 days Always Available Prepay Deals/boosts (if any).
   6. 30 days Always Available Prepay Deals/boosts (if any).
   7. 1.5GB bring your number bonus data (if any).
   8. 12GB Christmas bonus data.
   9. Plan data carry over (if any).
