As a volunteer for an Emergency Services agency, you’ve been invited to access Public Safety Network (PSN) services on your personal mobile. PSN is designed exclusively for Emergency Service mobiles and provides enhanced performance when you need it most.
With your PSN SIM, you’ll receive:

Free Satellite Data pack for the first 12-months
Emergency Services volunteers who sign up to the $70 Endless Plus plan will be given the Satellite Data pack ($20/mth) free of charge for the first 12-months, and $250 Phone Dollars when they buy a phone on Interest Free on a 24 or 36 month Plan on the Endless Plus or One Plan.

How to get your PSN SIM?
1. Check your plan
To receive the $250 Phone Dollars offer, make sure you’re on Endless Plus or One Plan. You can change your plan anytime in the My One NZ App or by calling 0800 438 448.
2. Complete the Volunteer PSN Onboarding Form
Fill out the form here.
3. Confirmation and activation
After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our provisioning team will process your application and apply the free Satellite Data Pack if eligible.
4. Receive your $250 Phone Dollars
Within 3 - 7 days of your PSN SIM being activated, we’ll $250 Phone Dollars will show in your One Wallet (if eligible).
To receive the $250 Phone Dollars offer, make sure you’re on Endless Plus or One Plan. You can change your plan anytime in the My One NZ App or by calling 0800 438 448.

Use them towards any new phone $199+ on a 24 or 36-month interest-free term with an eligible Pay Monthly plan. A minimum $99 deposit is required (your trade-in could help cover this). A minimum $1 monthly payment applies. Phone Dollars cannot be exchanged for cash.
