Why is there a rounding amount on my bill?
GST is calculated based on the total charges on your bill. (Image 1)
The service level GST information is just for reference to help understand the individual bill components and is not used to calculate the total bill charges. (Image 2)
If you sum your bill by service level this can result in a different total amount due. This difference, if any, will be presented as a rounded amount on your bill – so a small adjustment is made to ensure accuracy. (Image 3)

The GST amount of $7.76 is calculated on a sum of all GST exclusive charges applied across the Mobile connection and Interest Free Payments where applicable.
