How to change your MyFlex plan

You can adjust your MyFlex Prepay plan anytime, simply by signing into My One NZ, whether you use the App or sign in to our website.

You can adjust your MyFlex plan up to 10PM on the day before your plan is due to renew.
There are a few ways you can to make these changes:

    Change plan using My One NZ on our website

    1. Sign in to My One NZ.
    2. Select Products and Services, and then Plan & Add-Ons.
    3. Click the Manage plan button.
    4. Use the Arrows to either side of the table to adjust the amount of data, minutes and TXTs up or down for your MyFlex Prepay plan.
    5. When you're happy with your selection, you can choose either:

    • Save Changes - your plan will renew when your plan is due to renew.
    • Buy Now - your plan changes will be immediate, but you'll lose any unused minutes and data including carry over.
    • You may need to top up your account to make sure you can cover the new price. If so, click Top Up and enter your payment details and then Refresh my plan.

    Change plan using the My One NZ app

    1. Open the My One NZ app.
    2. Make sure you have enough credit in your balance before you change your plan.

    3. Tap Plan & Add-Ons.
    4. Tap Flex my plan.
    5. Flex your plan's data, minutes and TXTs by scrolling left or right, then tap Next when you are happy with your selections.
    6. Choose between change plan on renewal or renew plan now and then select Confirm.
    7. You may need to top up your account to make sure you can cover the new plan price. If so, tap Top Up and then confirm when you want your choice to be effective.

    Change to a MyFlex plan from Pay & Go

    When you want to change to a MyFlex Prepay plan for the Pay&Go plan, follow these instructions:

    Use My One NZ on our website

    Follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to My One NZ.
    2. Select Products and Services, and then Plan & Add-Ons.
    3. Click the Change plan button.
    4. Select Switch and then I want this plan under the available plans.
    5. Use the Arrows to either side of the table to adjust the amount of data, minutes and TXTs up or down to build your MyFlex Prepay plan.
    6. When you're happy with your selection, choose Let’s go. You may need to top up your account to make sure you can cover the plan price. If so, click Top Up and enter your payment details and then Refresh my plan.

    Use our My One NZ app

    Follow these steps:

    1. Open the My One NZ App.
    2. Make sure you have enough credit in your balance before you change your plan.
    3. Tap Plan & Add-Ons.
    4. Tap Change my plan.
    5. Select Switch under available plans and then I want this plan.
    6. Flex your plan's data, minutes and TXTs by scrolling left or right so that your selections are between the dotted lines in green, then tap Let’s go when you are happy with your selections.
    7. You may need to top up your account to make sure you can cover the new plan price. If so, tap Top Up to add credit to your account.
