For security reasons and to prevent the risk of fraud, we need to verify
your identify before you purchase an item on an Interest Free Payment plan.
This notice sets out the personal information we need to verify your
identity. You can also find details about how we will use your information,
how long it is retained for and your other options should you not want to
undertake a digital verification check.

If you want to proceed you’ll get a text from ID Verse to your mobile phone
with a link and some steps to follow. You will be asked to take a photo of
your photographic ID, a live video of your face and to provide your phone’s
location details. This information will be used to compare against our
records and other records accessed via a third party service (credit
reference agencies and ID Verse).
You may decline consent to undertake the biometric verification check. If
you do not wish to undertake the biometric verification check, you can
purchase your item upfront (or at a lower value that does not require an ID
check).
Before we undertake your ID verification we will also ask you to provide
your consent.

Important Information to know
To proceed, we need to verify your identity through a biometric ID check.
I will send you a link with the details and a request for your consent. This
check involves recording a video of your face. Please ensure you have a
plain background to avoid including anyone else in the video.
You have the option to decline the ID check. If you do, you can either
purchase the device outright or choose a lower value option.
