Get ready for a new plan

We’ve been simplifying our plans and streamlining our systems to make things easier for everyone.

This means you’ll soon be moving to our brand new mobile plan.

What does it mean for you?

You’ll automatically move to our new Entry Pay Monthly plan on 18 March 2025. This plan has all the same features that you enjoy right now, for $26.08 (excl. GST) a month.

4GB NZ Data (capped)
Unlimited calls and TXTs to std NZ and Aus numbers
Hotspot included
WiFi Calling included
One NZ Rewards

What else do you need to know?

You’ll automatically move plans from your first bill after 18 March 2025. Your first bill may include a part-charge for your new plan, plus your usual month in advance. You may also see a credit for part of your old plan to line things up with your normal billing date. Read more about part month charges.

Any life of plan discounts on your plan(s) today will end when you move plans.

Any interest free payments you have will continue as normal. If you choose to cancel your plan, you’ll need to pay these off first.

Just remember, if you usually pay by automatic payments, you’ll need to update your payments to reflect your new bill. You won’t need to update your direct debit.

Can I change to the new plan now?

Unfortunately, our Entry Pay Monthly plan is only available from 18 March 2025.

Do I need to do anything right now?

Nope – absolutely nothing. Just remember, if you usually pay by automatic payments, you’ll need to update your payments to reflect your new bill. You won’t need to update your direct debit.
