Get ready for a new plan

We’ve been simplifying our plans and streamlining our systems to make things easier for everyone. This means you’ll soon be moving to a brand new mobile plan.

What does it mean for you?

You’ll automatically move to our new Endless Plus plan from your first bill after 18 February 2025. Which means you’ll soon have access to a whopping 50GB max speed data plus all the plan features that you enjoy right now, for $60.87 a month (excl. GST).

Additionally, your new plan also comes with One Wallet!

Endless Mobile Plans:
Speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after Max Speed data allowance exceeded. Unlimited voice calls & TXTs to standard NZ & Aus numbers (e.g. no short codes or MMS/PXT). Personal mobile phone use only. Fair use applies, Mobile terms and Pay Monthly terms apply.

International Add-On:
Available for use in New Zealand on $70+ Pay Monthly Mobile Plan. If you switch or re-sign your plan to an ineligible plan, the add-on will drop off. Offer may be amended or withdrawn at One NZ’s discretion. See International Add-On for more information.

*One NZ Satellite:
Initial beta TXT service rolling out on a limited number of eligible phones with an eligible plan. See one.nz/SpaceX. TXT only and requires line of sight to the sky. Service limitations, network performance, phone and plan eligibility will improve over time. Delivery times of TXT via satellite will be slower than traditional TXT. Terms, fair use and capacity management apply

What else do you need to know?

You’ll automatically move plans from your first bill after 18 February 2025. Your first bill may include a part-charge for your new plan, plus your usual month in advance. You may also see a credit for part of your old plan to line things up with your normal billing date. Read more about part month charges.

Any term discounts on your plan(s) today will continue for the agreed term. Any life of plan discounts on your plan(s) today will end when you move plans.

Any interest free payments you have will continue as normal. If you choose to cancel your plan, you’ll need to pay these off first.

Just remember, if you usually pay by automatic payments, you’ll need to update your payments to reflect your new bill. You won’t need to update your direct debit.

What is One Wallet?

It’s our new digital wallet where we stack One Wallet Dollars to help you buy a new, interest free phone. When you move to your new plan, there will be stacks of different ways you can build up your balance to put towards a new interest free phone. Find out more about One Wallet.

Should I expect any disruption to my service?

No

Does this affect all the Medium plans I have?

Yes

What if I have Medium Companion(s)?

Great! They will become Endless Plus Companion plans at the same time your plan changes – meaning they get to enjoy the Endless Plus plan just like you. The standard price of a Companion will remain at $30.43 a month (excl. GST). Companion term discounts will continue for the agreed term, but life of plan discounts will end.

Can I change my plan now?

Unfortunately, our Endless Plus plan is only available from February 18 2025.

Do I need to do anything right now?

Nope – absolutely nothing. Just remember, if you usually pay by automatic payments, you’ll need to update your payments to reflect your new bill. You won’t need to update your direct debit.
