Key things to know
· A minimum of 50 Managed Device User licenses are required.
· Roamer Users are available to be added to the Managed Device Service, provided there are at least 50 Managed Device User licences. There is no maximum number of Roamer Users that can be added to the Managed Device Service.
· Pricing is per user. A maximum of 5 devices per Managed Device User, and maximum of 2 mobile devices per Roamer User, applies. For additional devices, charges may apply.
· Actual monthly charges will be based on the number of active licensed users in your Azure Active Directory. Pricing will be based off the corresponding pricing band.
· An initial Discovery Workshop is required, this is a one off charge per customer, which is credited back to you on your first month’s bill after full implementation of the service.
· A graduated early termination charge will apply for cancellation of the service within the first 12 months, on a per user basis.
· One NZ and some third party applications will need access to your Microsoft 365 Tenant.
· Microsoft licensing is not included in the Managed Device Service and will incur an additional cost.
· Standard Business Terms apply.
· Minimum operating requirements and minimum licensing requirements, as per the Service Description, apply.
