What do I need to do?
Nothing. We will automatically increase your Red Share for Business Smartphone plan price from the 22 August. No action is required unless you want to change to a new plan.
Can I stay on my current plan?
Yes, if you’re happy to stay on your current plan there’s nothing you need to do. Your plan price will automatically go up by $5 a month from 22 August 2023 (any discounts you receive will remain).
Do I have to change all my affected Red Share for Business Smartphone plans?
No, you don't have to change all your affected Red Share for Business Smartphone plans. You can choose to keep them as they are if you wish.
If I move to a different plan, can I keep my existing discount?
No, if you change mobile plans, you will lose any existing discounts.
What if I would like to add additional connections to my account?
Any new Red Share for Business Smartphone connections that are added will be invoiced at the new plan price point.
When should I expect my new bill?
The monthly plan price change will happen in your next bill starting from 22 August 2023 – you won’t see this change until the first invoice you receive after this date. For example, if you receive your invoices on the 24th day of every month you’ll see your new monthly plan price from this date.
What will my new bill look like?
Your next bill will reflect the changes in pricing for your Red Share for Business Smartphone plans. Given the price increase of $5 per month will take effect from 22 August 2023, your first bill after the change may be higher than subsequent bills. This is because the first bill may include a part-month charge, depending on the specific timing of the plan switch.
