At One NZ, we remain absolutely focused on keeping you connected, giving you great value and continuously improving the service you receive, which sometimes means our plans and prices can change. We’ll always try to offer the most competitive prices we can.
But with increasing operational and third-party costs, we are no longer able to absorb all of these costs.
From February 18, 2025 our consumer broadband plan, Fibre Starter (Unlimited Broadband) will be increasing.
Impacted customers will receive communications from us with the full details in December 2024, giving you plenty of advanced warning.

What are your options?
Since we're making changes, you're very welcome to change things too.
There might be another plan that suits you better, so check out our current line-up of broadband plans to see what's available at your place. Check out the options available at your address on our broadband plans page. Of course, if you're happy to stay on your current broadband then that's great. If you do disconnect your plan, a standard 30-day notice period applies. Should you want to call us to chat through the options, call us on 0508 010 231.
