These SuperWiFi terms apply to customers who purchased SuperWiFi on or after 24 September 2024.

• SuperWifi is available for $5 per month, per unit, on a 12 month term as an add-on to the following broadband plans:
  1. Fibre Starter, Fibre Everyday and Fibre Max; or
  2. 5G Unlimited Wireless Broadband and 4G Unlimited Wireless Broadband.
• You must have SmartWifi with One NZ to be eligible for SuperWifi.
• A 12-month term applies to SuperWiFi (separate from any broadband plan term).
• There will be an Early Termination Charge, if within 12 months of purchasing SuperWifi, you:
  1. Cancel your SuperWifi add-on;
  2. Cancel your broadband plan;
  3. Transfer or re-sign to an ineligible broadband plan; or
  4. Change ownership of your billing account.

Deco X50 unit

• To sign up to SuperWifi, visit a One NZ store or call us on 0800 777 044.
• You can purchase a maximum of six SuperWifi units on one broadband plan for $5 per month, per unit. You will receive 1 TP-link Deco WiFi device for each SuperWifi unit add-on you purchase.
• Coverage can be impacted by network conditions, customer limitations, and environmental factors, including building materials, obstacles, volume and density of traffic, and customer location.
• You must download the TP-link Deco App to activate and use your SuperWifi device (you will require an Android or iOS smartphone for this).
• The TP-link App is owned by TP Link and any information that you may be required to provide TP-link will not be shared with One NZ.
• One NZ may amend, extend or withdraw this offer at any time.
