Open your wallet
In the My One NZ app, tap One Wallet and Rewards in the menu. Or enter your mobile number on the What's In My Wallet website and we'll text you a code to log in.
Go to Rewards
Browse the offers. Each offer shows what you get, what it costs, if anything, and when it ends.
Get the offer
Follow the steps in the offer details. Depending on the offer, you'll get a code, a movie voucher, early access, or an entry into a draw.

What is One NZ Rewards
One NZ Rewards is a set of exclusive offers for One NZ customers, in your One Wallet. Offers include discounted movie vouchers, early access to live events, competitions, shopping and travel offers, and One NZ Warriors offers. The line-up changes through the year.
Who can get Rewards?
One NZ mobile and broadband customers with an active My One NZ account. That includes people the account holder has given access to. Competitions are open to customers aged 16 or over.
I only have One NZ broadband. How do I get in?
One Wallet uses a mobile number to verify your identity. If you don’t have a One NZ mobile, you’ll first need to link your non-One NZ mobile number to your broadband account.
To do this, make sure you have the latest version of My One NZ (app or desktop), then complete the quick one-time setup. You’ll be asked to enter a mobile number, which will be linked to your broadband account and used to log in to One Wallet going forward. If you’ve already done this using an incorrect mobile number, you can update this in your profile in My One NZ.
Good to know: After completing the one-time setup and logging in to One Wallet for the first time, it can take up to 72 hours for the Rewards tab to appear.
To do this, make sure you have the latest version of My One NZ (app or desktop), then complete the quick one-time setup. You’ll be asked to enter a mobile number, which will be linked to your broadband account and used to log in to One Wallet going forward. If you’ve already done this using an incorrect mobile number, you can update this in your profile in My One NZ.

Do Rewards offers cost Phone Dollars?
No. Getting a Rewards offer never spends Phone Dollars, and earning Phone Dollars doesn't change which Rewards offers you get. Phone Dollars are a separate balance in your One Wallet, for your next interest-free phone.

The rewards.one.nz website is closing. From 5 November 2026, you'll find Rewards in your One Wallet, in the My One NZ app and on the What's In My Wallet website.

Movie vouchers are valid for 3 years, so you can go when it suits you or give one to someone else. The validity shows on the offer before you buy.
Early access and competitions
Does early access guarantee me a ticket?
No. Early access lets you buy before general sale opens. Tickets are limited, so they can sell out during early access.
Who can enter competitions?
One NZ customers aged 16 or over. Each competition shows its entry conditions, closing date and prize. Prizes are as stated on the offer, with no cash alternative.
