What we can expect from you
Being a supplier to One NZ means you have responsibilities and there are formal requirements we need you to follow. Our Purchase Order Terms outline our standard contractual provisions for our purchase of any standard product or service, and they accompany any purchase order we raise.
All our suppliers are subject to a qualification and approval process. This includes a requirement that each supplier accepts our Supplier Policy - Code of Conduct and manages corporate responsibility issues in its own supply chain. One NZ is continuously assessing risk, and at any point throughout the supplier lifecycle One NZ may require a supplier to undertake a self-assessment to identify and manage risks. Should a risk be identified, the supplier may be required to participate in an audit.
Like many large organisations, we have certain requirements and processes that we need to follow. This approach helps us to ensure that we’re working with the kind of companies that it’s good to do business with.
Speak Up
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity for our people, customers, suppliers, partners and communities.
Speak Up provides One NZ employees, contractors and suppliers with a confidential way to report suspected wrongdoing or any activity that may be outside our One NZ Policies and Code of Conduct. Reports can be made in good faith through EthicsPoint, an independent external reporting service, and may be submitted anonymously.
We encourage you to raise any concerns so they can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. One NZ does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a genuine concern in good faith, even if the matter is later found not to be a breach.
