1. To be eligible to purchase and use the Unlimited TXTs Add-On you must be on our Prepay $9 plan.
2. The Unlimited TXTs Add-on gives you unlimited TXTs to standard NZ and OZ mobiles, excluding Norfolk Island.
3. Unlimited TXTs are not for re-selling or using for commercial gain, auto-dialling, machine to machine communications (including by using your SIM card in any other device) or any other activity that might not be viewed as ordinary personal usage. If in our reasonable opinion we consider your usage breaches these terms, falls outside the intended use, or is fraudulent or unlawful, we may immediately suspend or restrict your use of the services without notice to you.
4. Standard rates apply for overseas TXTing and non-standard TXTs like premium TXTs and fundraising short-codes. Unlimited TXT is for personal use only.
5. If your message contains special characters, such as emojis, your device may send it as a picture message. If this happens, you’ll be charged for each of those picture messages.
6. The Unlimited TXTs Add-on will be valid for 30 days from purchase, and will not carry over.
7. You cannot use Unlimited TXT Add-on if you are roaming. Standard roaming rates will apply.
8. Order of use applies. TXTS in the Unlimited TXTs Add-on will be used after any Prepay Deals or Always Available Deals you purchase but before your plan’s TXT entitlements.
9. If you cancel your Unlimited TXTs Add-on, you cannot purchase a new Add-On until your cancelled Add-On has expired.
10. If your message contains special characters, such as emojis, your device may send it as a picture message. If this happens, you’ll be charged for each of those picture messages.
