On 18 June 2024, we made some minor updates to our Casual Rates for Prepay Terms.

Casual rates for One NZ Prepay Plans:

• NZ calls: $0.49 per minute for calls to mobiles and landlines once you've used any included Plan or Add-On minutes.
• NZ TXTs: $0.20 per TXT, once you've used any included Plan or Add-On TXTs.
• Casual data: $0.50 per MB once you've used any included Plan or Add-On Data.
• International Calls: Calls to our top 15 overseas countries anytime 89c per minute. Top 15 are Australia - excluding external territories (once you’ve used your included minutes), Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, UK & USA.
• International: Rest of the world: $1.43 per minute.
• $2 for 60 minutes: Call overseas landlines in one of 30 countries from NZ anytime and pay no more than $2 for 60 minutes. (See detail terms - $2 for 60 minutes)
• International TXTs: From NZ to overseas 31c per TXT.
• Voicemail: Calls to voicemail: 20c per call.
• 018 Directory Service Call: $1.03 per minute
• PXTs: PXT messages: 50c per PXT message.
• Roaming: Standard Prepay Roaming rates apply.
• Minimum credit balance thresholds apply when casual rates are charged, as per below:
  • For calls: 4 minutes multiplied by the casual rate of the type of call you're trying to make (e.g. standard NZ calls, premium numbers, international, roaming).
  • For texts (TXT / PXT): The casual rate of the type of text or picture message you're trying to send.
  • For data: 2MBs multiplied by the casual MB rate, applicable if data is enabled on your device, even if you're not actively using it (e.g. background apps consuming data for updates and notifications).

If data is enabled on your device and you attempt to make a call or send a text, the combined threshold applies.
