Terms and conditions for Prepay InternationalTXT Add-On

• Purchase the InternationalTXT Add-On ("the Add-On") on Supa Prepay for $8 a month and get 100 TXTs to 30 countries. The included countries are Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Fiji, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, The Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, USA and Vietnam.
• The Add-On is charged at the time of subscription and renews every calendar month if there is sufficient Prepay balance available.
• If you have insufficient balance your Add-On will fail to renew and the Add-On will go on hold for up to 14 days from the date the Add-On failed to renew. You cannot use the Add-On, or alter the Add-On in any other way while the Add-On is on hold. You may cancel the Add-On while it is on hold.
• If you top up while the Add-On is on hold, it will be automatically reactivated and the price will be deducted from your Prepay balance, provided you top up enough to cover any outstanding IOUs and other on hold Add-Ons you may have. If you do not top up with a sufficient amount within 14 days, your Add-On will be removed from your Prepay account, and you'll need to buy the Add-On again.
• When you top up, outstanding IOUs and on hold Add-Ons will be charged in this order (as applicable): IOU, BestMates 3000, BestMates 2000, BestMates1000, TXT2000, Mobile Data and InternationalTXT. If you do not top up with an amount sufficient to reactivate all your on hold Add-Ons, the remaining Add-Ons will stay on hold for a further period of up to 14 days.
• Any unused TXTs remaining in the Add-On will not be added to the new bundle when the Add-On renews.
• Any TXTs not used within one month of purchasing the InternationalTXT Add-On will be lost.
• You may have only one InternationalTXT Add-On per month.
• Additional TXTs, and TXTs sent to countries not included in the Add-On are charged at 31 cents per message. This Add-On doesn't apply when you're roaming overseas. TXTs cost 80c to send to other overseas mobiles while you're roaming overseas.

Terms and conditions for On Account InternationalTXT Add-On

• To be eligible for the InternationalTXT Add-On, you must be an On Account customer on one of the following plans; You Choose, SIMple, iPhone, Smart, Blackberry, TalkZoneZero, TalkZoneZero Plus and Corporate plans (including Association plans).
• Purchase InternationalTXT Add-On (“the Add-On”) for $8 a month and get 100 TXTs to 30 countries.
• The included countries are; Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Fiji, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, USA and Vietnam.
• The Add-On is charged at the time of activation, one month in advance and recurs every billing month until cancelled.
• If InternationalTXT is activated part way through your current billing month, we will bill the cost of the Add-On to cover the rest of the month and the next month in advance.
• The included Add-On TXTs can be used at any time of the day.
• TXTs not used before the month end date will be lost and will not accrue when the Add-On renews each month.
• You may have only one InternationalTXT Add-On per month.
• Additional TXTs, and TXTs sent to countries not included in the Add-On are charged at 20 cents per message.
• This Add-On doesn't apply when you're roaming overseas. TXTs cost 80c to send to other overseas mobiles while you’re roaming overseas and minutes used to call overseas landlines or mobiles are charged at the standard roaming rate of your plan.
