On 24 September 2025, we made some updates to our terms and conditions. You can refer to the previous terms here.

1. 5GB data is available to new customers who activate the included $5 SIM onto an eligible Prepay Plus Plan and top up a minimum of $10.​
2. Consumption from 5GB data will be stopped when Prepay Plus plan is on hold and is only resumed when a Prepay Plus plan is active.
3. $10 minimum top up available through My One NZ and FastPay. Eligible Prepay Plans are Pay & Go and Prepay Plus.​
4. 5GB is a one-off data bonus that lasts up to 90 days from the date that you receive it. Data cannot be carried over and is in addition to the data allowance of your Plan.​
5. 5GB data is for use in NZ only.​
6. 5GB data can be used with other offers unless otherwise stated.
7. Offer available through Food, Oil and Convenience stores only, while stocks last.​
8. One NZ may withdraw, extend, or amend the Offer at any time.
