Companions must be on the same billing account and plan type must be the same as the Primary plan (e.g. all One Plan™ plans). Local Number On Mobile: Only available on Endless Team Plan. To sign up for Local Number on Mobile, you need to call 888 to activate the service. Additional services (e.g. broadband or fax) won’t be transferred.

Daily Roaming: For a daily fee, use your mobile plan inclusions and rates in selected Daily Roaming destinations. Usual plan charges apply. A daily fee applies for each day you make/receive calls, send TXTs or use data in the Daily Roaming destination (valid until midnight NZ time), up to 90 consecutive days. Data-Only Daily Roaming: For a daily fee, use your Data-Only plan inclusions and rates in selected Daily Roaming destinations. Usual plan charges apply. Australia Roaming: Available on One Team Plan™. Use your minutes, TXT’s and data while in Australia at no extra cost. Normal plan charges apply. International Add-On on eligible plans: Available for use in New Zealand only when you join a $46 or above Pay Monthly Business Mobile Plan. Customers currently on these plans are unable to re-sign onto the same plan to receive the free Add-On. Any existing discounts you may have on your mobile account will drop off once you sign up to your new plan. If you switch or re-sign your plan to an ineligible plan, the add-on will drop off. Offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

International Add-On: Includes 250 anytime voice calls and 50 TXTs (excludes short codes and MMS/PXTs) to use in NZ to standard numbers in 20 international destinations, see one.nz/legal/terms-conditions/international-addon. A minimum of one minute will be deducted from your included minutes, for each call that you make. Any additional calls or TXTs made after included calls/TXTs are used, or made to countries not included in the add-on, are charged at the standard international rates of your plan. One Wallet: One Wallet included with eligible Pay Monthly plans. Balance can only be used in store towards a new phone purchase with a minimum value of $149, with an eligible Pay Monthly plan. Minimum $99 deposit required and $1 interest free repayment over term. Balance savings evenly spread over the agreed interest free term. Balance of phone cost must be repaid if you exit, transfer or trade-down your plan before the interest free term expires. Redeeming your One Wallet balance is available to the account holder of the service (or authorised representative) and is subject to a credit check. Business Wireless: Only available in selected areas. Sufficient coverage and capacity required and continuous 5G service can’t be guaranteed. A compatible One NZ modem with SIM card is required and must only be used at the location nominated by the customer.

Business Fibre: Only available in selected areas. A compatible One NZ modem is required. Conditions and charges apply for non-standard installations.

Multi-plan discount: An $8 monthly discount on your plan is available with eligible in market Pay Monthly mobile plans – companion plans excluded. Each validated phone number may only be registered against one broadband account. May be withdrawn at any time.

Early termination charges: For Wireless, this is $620 and will reduce by $51.66 per month. For Fibre and SuperWifi, this is $229 each and will reduce by $19.08 per month, per plan.

Power outage: Business Wireless and Business Fibre will not work in the event of a power outage, meaning any services that rely on it, such as your phone line, monitored security alarm or calls to emergency services (including 111) may not work.

SuperWifi: Up to five nodes per connection.
