1. These Terms apply to our Endless Data-Only consumer plans.
2. The Endless Data-Only plans are restricted to laptops, iPads and tablets and cannot be used on any other devices, including mobile phones, modems or IoT devices.
3. Hotspot is not included.
4. Speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after Max Speed data allowance exceeded.
5. If your device is not capable of SMS functionality, you won't receive usage service messages such as data usage, welcome roaming or roaming rate messages.
6. Subject to capability of the device you are using, casual pay and go rates apply for TXT and PXT Messaging. These rates can be found here.
7. The plan is charged at the time of activation, one month in advance. If a plan is activated part way through a billing month, we will bill the cost of the plan to cover the rest of the month, and the next month in advance.
8. The main account holder (and any individual with billing account access) can view all usage data relating to plans and add-ons linked to that account.
9. If you have any add-ons or discounts on your existing plan/account, they won't be applied to an Endless Data-Only plan.
10. Coverage can be affected by several factors, including radio interference, atmospheric conditions, geographic factors, network congestion, maintenance, outages on other networks and provider sites, the configuration or limitations of your device or other operational or technical difficulties which means that you may not receive some or all of the Service in certain areas or at certain times.
11. You are responsible for ensuring that all devices are compatible with the network (as it evolves) at all times and that each device operates correctly as intended.
12. When in New Zealand, data is available for use within the One New Zealand Network only.
13. For a daily fee, use your Endless Data-Only plan inclusions and rates in selected Daily Roaming destinations. Usual plan charges apply. A daily fee applies for each day you use data in the Daily Roaming destination (valid until midnight NZ time), up to 90 consecutive days. A Daily Roaming fee and casual rates apply for any usage outside of your Endless Data-Only plan inclusions (e.g. TXT and PXT messaging). Casual roaming rates can be found at one.nz/prepay-roaming.
