Terms – BigGig Bonus
- BigGig Bonus is a promotional offer available to customers who purchase a new One New Zealand SIM and a $20 or above MyFlex Prepay Plan ("eligible Plan").
- To receive this offer, you must activate your SIM (as per welcome SMS, via one.nz/activate or the My One NZ app) between 24 April 2024 and 31 July 2024.
- 10GB of bonus data will automatically be added to your account when you activate an eligible Plan, and further instalments of 10GB bonus data will be automatically added to your account each time you renew on-time with an eligible plan for an additional 9 consecutive plans.
- Each 10GB bonus data instalment will expire at the same time as your eligible Plan.
- Any unused balance from a 10GB bonus data instalment will not carry over to your next Plan.
- BigGig Bonus data does not count towards your DataUp allowance.
- If you deactivate your account or change to an ineligible Plan, you will lose your current 10GB bonus data instalment and any upcoming bonuses available to you with this offer.
- If you renew your current eligible Plan or change to another eligible Plan before the expiry of your current Plan, your current bonus data instalment will expire at the time of renewal, and your next 10GB bonus data instalment will automatically be applied. For example, if your eligible Plan renews on 1 June and you change to another eligible Plan on 24 May, your current bonus data instalment will expire on 24 May and your next 10GB bonus data instalment will start immediately if you are eligible.
- If you do not renew your eligible Plan on time, your Plan will go on hold until you next top up enough to renew, and you will be charged at casual rates in the meantime. You must top up and renew your Plan within 48 hours of your Plan going on hold to be eligible to receive your next 10GB bonus data instalment.
- You cannot opt out of this offer or remove your 10GB bonus data instalment.
- If you port in your number from another provider, a 5GB porting bonus will automatically be added to your account on top of this offer.
- If you are activating a $5 SIM, you will also receive a 5GB for 90 days bonus on top of this offer.
- Other than as set out in clauses 11 and 12 of these BigGig Bonus terms, this offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

- 10GB bonus data cannot be transferred to another number, is not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- 10GB bonus data can only be used in New Zealand and cannot be used whilst roaming overseas.
- One New Zealand may extend, amend or remove this offer at any time.
