1. activate the included SIM on a $19 or more eligible plan. Eligible plans include MyFlex Prepay and Mates (“Eligible Plans”); and
2. activate the SIM before 30th of April 2019.

4. Prepay Rewards Deals (if any)
5. 7 days Always Available Prepay Deals/boosts (if any)
6. 30 days Always Available Prepay Deals/boosts (if any)
7. A bring your number bonus data (if any)
8. 3GB bonus data
9. Plan data carry over (if any)
10. Plan data
