These terms and conditions were updated on 4 September 2023. Please refer to the current Travel SIM terms.

• Offers valid for a limited time only and only available when purchased from an airport location or in-store.
• NZ Travel plans include TXTs, Minutes and Data.
• NZ Minutes and TXTs are to standard numbers in NZ only. International Minutes and TXTs are to standard numbers in specified international destinations. Both NZ and International Minutes and TXTs are for personal use only. Excludes premium and special numbers (i.e. no short codes or MMS/PXT).
• NZ Travel SIM is 4G enabled. 4G not available everywhere. To use 4G you will need to have a capable device and be in a 4G coverage area (see our 4G Webpage for information about devices and NZ mobile frequencies).
• NZ Travel plans do not renew and cannot be repurchased. If you run out of TXTs, Minutes or Data you can either choose to purchase an additional Data or Minutes Add-On or casual rates will apply for Minutes and TXTs. No casual data available on NZ Travel plans. To keep using data once your Data allowance has run out, you will need to purchase an ExtraData Add-On.
• You cannot purchase offers or Add-Ons from other One NZ Prepay plans (e.g. MyFlex Prepay) on a NZ Travel SIM.
• After your plan expires you can continue to Top Up and buy Data or Minutes Add-Ons, or choose to move to one of our other Prepay plans.
• If you change plans, any remaining Minutes, TXTs or Data within your NZ Travel plan will not be transferred.
• General Consumer Terms and Mobile Terms apply.
• Prepay Roaming rates and Prepay Roaming Terms apply if a NZ Travel SIM is used outside of New Zealand.

ExtraMins Terms

• To be eligible to purchase and use the ExtraMins Add-On you must be on a NZ Travel plan.
• The ExtraMins Add-On gives you 100 Minutes to mobiles and landlines in NZ and selected international destinations.
• Selected International destinations: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, UK, USA, Netherlands, Taiwan, and Thailand.
• The ExtraMins Add-On lasts 60 days from purchase.
• ExtraMins Minutes are to standard numbers in NZ and selected international destinations. Minutes and TXTs are for personal use only. Excludes premium and special numbers (i.e. short codes). For calls to international destinations that are not part of this Add-On and for special and premium calls, casual rates apply.
• Order of use applies (see Mobile Terms). Data in the ExtraData Add-On will be used before the data on your NZ Travel plan.
• If you change plans from a NZ Travel plan, you'll lose any NZ Travel Add-Ons you have.
• General Consumer Terms, Mobile Terms and NZ Travel Plan Terms apply.

ExtraData Terms

• To be eligible to purchase and use the ExtraData Add-On you must be on one of our NZ Travel plans.
• The ExtraData Add-On gives you 2GB of Data to use for up to 60 days from purchase.
• The ExtraData Add-On is 4G enabled. 4G not available everywhere. To use it at 4G speeds you will need to have a capable device and be in a 4G coverage area (see our 4G Webpage for information about devices and NZ mobile frequencies).
• Order of use applies (see Mobile Terms). Data in the ExtraData Add-On will be used before the data on your NZ Travel plan.
• If you change plans from a NZ Travel plan, you'll lose any NZ Travel Add-Ons you have.

Casual rates

• NZ calls: $0.49 per minute for calls to mobiles and landlines once you've used your included minutes.
• NZ TXTs : $0.20 per TXT.
• Casual data: There is no casual data on the NZ Travel plan.
• International Calls: Calls to our top 15 overseas countries anytime 89c per minute. Top 15 are Aus - excluding external territories (once you’ve used your included minutes), Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, UK & USA.
• International: Rest of the world: $1.43 per minute.
• $2 for 60 minutes: Call overseas landlines in one of 30 countries from NZ anytime and pay no more than $2 for 60 minutes.
• International TXTs: From NZ to overseas 31c per TXT.
• Voicemail: Calls to voicemail are free.
• PXTs: NZ PXT messages: 50c per PXT message. PXT video: $1.00 per NZ PXT video message, $1.25 per Aus PXT video message.
