These Competition Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the One New Zealand (“One NZ”) Join and Win (“Competition”)

Entry

1. Information published by One NZ on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms.
2. Any entry not complying with these Terms is invalid.
3. The Competition starts at 12.01am 3 June 2025 and closes at 11.59pm 30 September 2025.
4. Entry to every monthly random prize draw is automatic for all Satellite Invite triallists, who join One NZ on an eligible personal Pay Monthly mobile plan within 14 days of their trial ending.
5. The prize is $1000 One Wallet Dollars randomly drawn every month for 4 months. The One Wallet Dollars will be added to the winner’s One Wallet and can be used in-store to purchase an interest free phone with an eligible One NZ Pay Monthly plan. The One Wallet Dollars will expire after 3 years, if unused.
6. A random prize draw will be conducted on the first business day of July, August, September and October. The first valid entry drawn each month will win the prize.
7. When redeeming the One Wallet Dollar, winners must choose a 12, 24 or 36-month term to pay off the remaining phone balance. The interest free phone purchased using One Wallet Dollars must have a minimum value of $149. A minimum deposit of $99 is required and $1 interest free repayment over the 12, 24 or 36-month term chosen. The balance of phone cost must be repaid if you exit, transfer or trade-down your plan before the interest free term expires. Redeeming your One Wallet balance is subject to a credit check. 8. The winner will be notified by SMS within 7 days after each monthly draw.
9. A winner can only win one $1000 One Wallet Dollar prize and will be excluded from any further prize draws for this competition.
10. The prize is as stated and no alternatives will be offered. The prize cannot be substituted, is not transferable, and cannot be sold or taken as cash.
11. One NZ’s General Consumer Terms, Business Terms, Mobile Terms, Interest Free Payment Terms, Trade-in Terms, One Upgrade Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the use of One Wallet.

General

1. The Promoter is One New Zealand Group Limited, 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622, New Zealand. The Competition is administered by One NZ.
2. One NZ is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
3. One NZ takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Competition due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, TXTs with a misspelt keyword, TXTs to an incorrect shortcode, force majeure or otherwise.
4. One NZ’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. These Terms may change from time to time.
6. All entries become the property of One NZ. One NZ collects information that you have provided to us through entering the Competition. Any personal information collected is subject to the One NZ Privacy Policy.
7. One NZ reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this Competition at any time.
