These Competition Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the One New Zealand (“One NZ”) Satellite Trial – Warriors Competition (“Competition”) run through a One New Zealand Warriors promotional email.

Entry

1. Information published by One NZ on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms.
2. Any entry not complying with these Terms is invalid.
3. The Competition starts at 9am, Wednesday 11 June 2025 and closes at 9am, Friday 11 July 2025.
4. Entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms.
5. Entry is open to anyone who is not a One NZ customer and who received an email from the One NZ Warriors inviting them to try One NZ Satellite on Wednesday 11 June 2025 (“Eligible Entrant”), except employees of One NZ, their immediate families and/or flatmates, One NZ’s associated companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.
6. To enter, sign up to the One NZ satellite 30-day trial via the specific link in the Warriors email using the same email address that you received the Warriors email from.
7. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. You are providing your entry information to One NZ directly.
8. Entry is limited to one per Eligible Entrant.
9. One NZ may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these Terms.
10. All valid entries will be entered into a draw to win with winners drawn at random.

The prize

1. The prize is 1x iPhone 16 Pro 128GB Black Titanium
2. A random prize draw will be conducted on Monday 14 July. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize
3. The winner will be notified by phone or email. If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made within 1 week after the draw and the winner is still unavailable, or the winner is unable to use the prize, the prize will be forfeited and One NZ will randomly choose another winner.
4. The prize is subject to availability, and One NZ reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value (including in the event of unforeseen circumstances).
5. The prize is as stated and no alternatives will be offered. The prize cannot be substituted, is not transferable, and cannot be sold or taken as cash.

General

1. The Promoter is One New Zealand Group Limited, 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622, New Zealand. The Competition is administered by One NZ.
2. The winner may be required to participate in publicity as a result of this Competition.
3. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on a winner’s behalf.
4. By entering this Competition, you consent to receive the latest news, special offers, promotions and information from One NZ by email, TXT or other channels from time to time. If at any stage you do not want to receive this information then please let us know.
5. One NZ is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6. One NZ takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Competition due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, TXTs with a misspelt keyword, TXTs to an incorrect shortcode, force majeure or otherwise.
7. Where any third party is involved in a prize (“Third Party”), your use of the prize is subject to any Third Party’s terms that may apply. You agree that One NZ and any Third Party are not responsible for any refused entry, cancellations or changes to any events; lost, stolen or damaged tickets or vouchers; incorrectly completed, lost, delayed or unprocessed online purchases; or the validity of any tickets or vouchers.
8. One NZ’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. These Terms may change from time to time.
10. All entries become the property of One NZ. One NZ collects information that you have provided to us through entering the Competition. Any personal information collected is subject to the One NZ Privacy Policy.
11. One NZ reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this Competition at any time.
