Terms - Vodafone One
- The Vodafone One Programme (the Programme) is a discretionary complimentary benefit provided by Vodafone, and is not available to all customers.
- The Programme and/or your membership to the Programme can be changed or ended by Vodafone at any time with or without notice, at Vodafone’s discretion. You may end your membership to the Programme at any time by giving notice to Vodafone.
- The Programme, and your membership to it, does not affect the existing terms of your services and plans with Vodafone. If Vodafone ends the Programme or your membership, this will not be grounds for you to terminate your services or plans.
- By accepting membership to the Programme, you consent to the following:
- We may request additional information from you. This will be obtained in order to provide you with benefits and to tailor the benefits that are offered to you to match your preferences
- We may act on your behalf and share information with third parties to deliver the membership benefits, for example completing service requests with third party suppliers (such as our home service support providers) and providing access to events and hospitality delivered by third parties.
- We will provide you offers and marketing by email, TXT and other channels from time to time. To opt-out of receiving these, please contact us. However, by doing so, we may not be able to provide access to the full benefits of the Programme.
- Any personal information collected as part of the Programme will be held by Vodafone in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
- These terms are not exclusive, and additional terms may apply to some benefits. Third parties providing benefits in whole or part may have their own associated terms.
- Benefits are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Where relevant, the benefit value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any benefit.
- Vodafone is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using a benefit, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Vodafone provides no warranty or guarantee about the quality or availability of any benefits. These are provided on a discretionary basis and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
- The Programme does not include any expenses you may incur in relation to any benefits (including where those benefits are changed or withdrawn, and where those expenses are necessary to receive the value of the benefits).
Family member participants
- As part of the benefits provided to you as a member to the Programme, Vodafone may allow you to nominate family members as participants in the Programme (Participants). Participants will be eligible for selected benefits of the Programme, which may be a reduced selection of benefits.
- Vodafone will determine at its absolute discretion how many family members you may nominate for participation, and what criteria (if any) must be met by the family members to qualify for participation. Member and Family Business Rules are attached to these terms and may be applied by Vodafone. Vodafone can change the rules and apply exceptions, and is not required to notify you of the criteria (or any changes) for family member participation.
- Before any family member is nominated as a Participant, please ensure the family member/s:
- consent to you sharing their information with us,
- agree to abide by these terms, which apply to them as a Participant, in the same manner in which the terms apply to you as a member,
- provide the consents listed above, allowing Vodafone to collect and use their information (including sharing information with third parties), and act on their behalf as above.
- By nominating a family member as a Participant, each Participant is deemed to have agreed to these terms and granted the consents listed. Vodafone can end a family member’s participation in the Programme at any time with or without notice to you or the family member.
- Anyone you designate as a family member will be deemed to have consented to these terms. If they are under 18 years of age you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the family member and that you consent to these terms on their behalf.
