Terms - One NZ Customer Panel
One NZ Customer Panel is an online customer feedback panel being run by One New Zealand Group Limited (“One NZ”). If you qualify and become a member of One NZ Customer Panel (“One NZ Customer Panel Member”), you will be entitled to participate and receive rewards in accordance with the provisions set out below.
How do I qualify to be a member?
In order to qualify to become a member of One NZ Customer Panel you must:
(1) Be a Customer of One NZ New Zealand;
(2) Be aged 15 or older;
(3) Complete an initial profiling survey;
(4) Provide your full name and email address; and
(5) Confirm your name and email address
When you complete the initial profiling survey, we will inform you if you do not qualify to be a One NZ Customer Panel Member. We will not store any identifiable information such as your name, address and email address if you do not qualify to be a One NZ Customer Panel Member.
If I qualify, how do I become a member?
If you have qualified to become a One NZ Customer Panel Member, we will send you an email asking you to confirm the email address you provide in the profiling survey. By confirming the email address in accordance with this email, you will become One NZ Customer Panel Member.
You can choose to stop being a One NZ Customer Panel Member at any time by emailing ‘Request Removal’ to support@VodafoneVoice.co.nz
To keep your One NZ Customer Panel Membership current you will be required to complete a profiling survey every 12 months.
How often will I participate in surveys?
If you are a One NZ Customer Panel Member you may receive emails periodically to invite you to participate in surveys on a variety of topics related to One NZ and the services and products we provide. You decide whether or not you complete the survey we invite you to participate in.
Some One NZ Customer PanelMembers may receive more invitations to participate in more surveys then others. For example members who are overseas will receive fewer invitations, as their interactions with One NZ are generally less frequent.
What benefits will I receive?
If you successfully become a One NZ Customer Panel Member, when you first register you will be entered into that month’s prize draw for $500 free airtime. There can only be one entry per person for this registration prize draw.
In addition, if you are a One NZ Customer Panel Member you will go into a prize draw for each survey you complete as a thank you for your participation. Prizes may vary from one survey to the next but the types of prizes include airtime credit, mobile phone handsets and tickets to One NZ sponsored events. The value of the prize earned for completion of a survey is at the discretion of One NZ and will usually depend upon the length of the survey.
In addition to this, as a One NZ Customer Panel Member you can choose to receive an email newsletter, which we will publish quarterly. The newsletter will have information and outcomes of research that has been carried out over the previous three months.
