1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern access and use of One New Zealand Group Limited’s (“One NZ”) One Assistant for Business. By using One Assistant for Business, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 For the purposes of these Terms, an “AI Assistant” means any system, tool or agent powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”) which One NZ makes available to customers via its digital channels. AI Assistants can provide information or take certain actions where instructed by customers. Our AI Assistants include One Assistance for Business.

2. Authorised Person

2.1 When using One Assistant for Business, you are holding yourself out as being authorised by our applicable business customer to carry out actions on their behalf.

3. One Assistant for Business Description

3.1. One Assistant for Business uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate answers to questions about One NZ’s products and services based on content from One NZ’s website. One Assistant for Business is intended for informational purposes only and cannot provide legal, technical or professional advice. For personalised assistance, you should contact One NZ’s customer support team.

4. Availability and changes

4.1. One Assistant for Business is available for selected One NZ

business customers who have a standard One NZ business agreement with One NZ. These terms apply in addition to the terms of that existing agreement. One NZ will notify the applicable business customer that they have access to One Assistant for Business and of the steps required to access One Assistant for Business.

4.2. We are regularly improving our AI Assistants, and we may change, add or remove features or functionalities at any time.

4.3. We may update these Terms at any time. The changes will be effective upon publishing the revised Terms on our website. Continued use of the AI Assistant by you and/or our applicable business customer constitutes acceptance of the update Terms.

4.4 We may terminate or suspend your (and our business customer’s) access to One Assistant for Business at any time, including without prior notice, for any reason including if we believe you or our business customer have breached these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. Please do not share personal information via One Assistant for Business, or sensitive or confidential information about the customer you are representing.

5.2. You must provide accurate and complete information when interacting with One Assistant for Business.

5.3. You must not use One Assistant for Business for any purpose that is unlawful, inappropriate or unauthorised under the agreement we have with the business customer you represent, including without limitation:
a) accessing someone else’s account without their consent or accessing any information on the account of the business customer you represent if you are not authorised to access it;
b) transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or y offensive material;
c) interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to access any of our systems, networks or any AI Assistant through any means.
d) reproducing, modifying, distributing, or exploiting any of One NZ’s intellectual property including any AI Assistant.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1. The information and responses you receive are generated using AI and may not always be accurate or tailored to the circumstances of the business you represent. If you need support that is personalised to the business you represent, or you are unsure about any information suggested by the AI Assistant, please contact your account or sales manager for assistance.

6.2. If One Assistant for Business provides links to third-party websites, we are not responsible for the content or availability of these sites and we do not endorse any products or services offered through such sites.

6.3. To the extent provided by law:
a) we make no warranty or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or usefulness of any information provided or actions taken by an AI Assistant; and
b) we are not liable for any decisions, actions or outcomes arising from your use or inability to use an AI Assistant.
